End Of Year

End of Year Need

2020 has, unfortunately, presented many obstacles, and South Sudan has been significantly impacted by the global health crisis, an aggressive rainy season, and the flooding of our very own SSHCO clinic in Maar.

As we wrap up the year, SSHCO has been reflecting back on all the amazing things we have accomplished despite the challenges we have faced along the way.

Due to excessive flooding, individuals living in the Mangalla, Central Equatoria State of South Sudan have been forced to flee their homes and to seek support in an Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps. In response to the immense need for medical support, SSHCO has set up a mobile clinic to treat tens of thousands of displaced men, women, and children.

The need for medical supplies is incredibly urgent, and from Tuesday, December 1st until the end of 2020, SSHCO has set a goal of raising $40,000. And we are excited to announce that thanks to the kindness of a few generous donors, every dollar your donations up to $40,000 will be matched 1:1.
